Welcome to LifeBoard. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LifeBoard mobile application ("App") developed by Ekakshen Enterprise ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using LifeBoard, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LifeBoard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
LifeBoard is an offline notes and planning application that allows you to create boards for notes, checklists, ideas, plans, and daily journaling. The App stores all data locally on your device and does not require an account or internet connection to function.
3. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use LifeBoard for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable app store terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use LifeBoard only for lawful purposes
- Be solely responsible for the content you create and store in the App
- Back up important data independently, as we do not provide cloud backup or sync
- Understand that uninstalling the App may permanently delete locally stored data
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of LifeBoard is also governed by our Privacy Policy. LifeBoard does not upload your notes or collect personal data for advertising. All content remains on your device unless you choose to share it outside the App.
6. No Warranty
LifeBoard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data will never be lost due to device failure, uninstallation, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ekakshen Enterprise and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use LifeBoard.
8. No AI or Cloud Services
LifeBoard does not use artificial intelligence to process your content and does not offer cloud backup or synchronization. You acknowledge that data recovery after uninstallation or device loss is not provided by us.
9. Draft Boards
Draft boards are saved only when you edit them or tap Save. We are not responsible for loss of unsaved draft content.
10. Updates and Changes
We may update LifeBoard or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
11. Termination
You may stop using LifeBoard at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at our discretion, with or without notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
